| Custom Graphics: Our design professionals will help you with any and all of your graphic needs. We can take you from concept all the way through to your finished display, as well as logo and brochure development to the final printed piece. If you have developed your own graphic files you can download them to JetDisplays.com via FTP or send us a compact disk (CD). Incorrect files may incur additional fees. Please download an Output Prep Sheet to assist you with your graphic file preparation, or call us if you have any questions, at 1-866-690-6475. We support the following Software programs for both Mac & PC: Adobe Photoshop (Version 7 and earlier) Adobe Illustrator (Version 10.0 and earlier) Macromedia Freehand (MX and earlier) Quark Express (Version 4.0 and earlier) InDesign (Version 2.0) Corell Draw (Version 11 and earlier) Our preferred file format is a flattened Tif file with the final file size at 150 dpi. Please make sure to outline all Illustrator, Freehand or InDesign files. Please ZIP or Stuff all files before sending them. Please download our Imaging Order Form and fill it out completely. You may fax it to us at 713-490-5245 or email it to us Resolution requirements All Photoshop files or other bit mapped digital files must be supplied at a minimum resolution of 100dpi, and a maximum resolution of 150dpi, at the finished (printed) size of the graphic being produced. When submitting CD's: Do not send original artwork. Send copies. We will not return submitted CD's unless accompanied by a stamped, self addressed mailer. A special word about artwork for logos: We cannot use logos taken from word processing software (Microsoft Word, Word Perfect), presentation software (Microsoft Powerpoint, Adobe Presentation) or Web graphics. A special word about color matching: When color matching is important, we need something to match the color to. Please hard copy proofs or alert us to specific pms colors to match. Also, when sending Photoshop files, if a color match is important, the file must be in layers. We cannot match to specific colors in a flattened Photoshop file. P.S. Some PMS Colors may not be attainable For output from your disk, please have document built to 100% of actual size. Please outline (or convert to paths) all fonts. Placed files can be tiff, or eps. |
